- Selma: I did not succeed to locate pressure points, very confusing for me
- Kate: I’m 45 with an 8 y/o whom I conceived naturally, no issues. I had a stress fracture to the pubis bone from Childbirth resulting in cartilage loss in right hip. Then the hip got dislocated by a CM practitioner. I was in pain for years and am still rehabbing the hip as I don’t want metal in my body via hip replacement. So, I had PTSD from all this trauma and recently went through EMDR therapy to release everything in my subconscious. Sorry for the back story but I believe this is what has caused the issue in conceiving child #2. And of course, now I am older. Anyway, …. My question is this: I have not had an LH surge for the past 2 cycles. Please advise what I can do further to support this? I’m doing the acupressure 2x daily on most days, as well as the Qi Gong every other day and moxa once or twice a week; And I do the belly massage, liver detox points about 2x per week. I also used ginger Patches on low belly and low back yesterday when I was supposed to ovulate bc I was cold due to winter temps here in NY. Today is day 14 with no LH surge. Additionally, 18 months ago I went to a reproductive Catholic health doctor and had a sonogram. Supposedly when I do get an LH surge, my follicle doesn’t burst the egg. Instead, the follicle simple deflates like a balloon with a slow leak. Therefore, not releasing an egg.
- Toni: I use a tympanic thermometer to take my daily temperatures. I’ve noticed when recording on my BBT chart that it’s been challenging to detect a legitimate rise in temperature at times as there appears to be a variation in readings between my left and right ears. Is this normal and should I avoid this using only one side? Question 2, I see ‘Qigong’ on the example weekly schedule, can you please demonstrate how to locate this on the platform?
- Jackie: In phase 3 and 4, if trying to conceive is it safe to keep doing castor oil packs ? For male fertility do they do moxa too or just castor oil packs ?
