- Samantha I’m only still in phase 1 which acupressure exercises & I’ve only been able to do exercises once a day as I get tired randomly & can’t seem to stay awake to do them second time so far & still no sign of my periods returning so should I do the phase one 2 3+ 4 one after the other once a day when I can stay awake to do em to speed up the process ,as without any regular periods I’ll never get pregnant it’s very frustrating as I do want to get pregnant so much.
- Kay 1. Do the points have to be massaged in circular motion (if so, does it matter if you circle clockwise or counter-clockwise) or can you just apply pressure to the point and hold it there, or move up and down on the point? And can you spend more than 1 minute on a point if needed? 2. Should I get a moxa belt with 3 burning sections or can I get a belt with only 1 burning section?
- Angelina We had failed PGTA test (for all 9 day5/6 embryos) after 4 rounds of back to back Embryo batching (Mar-June). Absolutely devastating. Since then, from July till now, I haven’t had any ovulation which upset me a lot. My period cycle seems to be a bit longer as well (now is between 32-35 days, previously was around 28-30 days) I joined FAM 2 weeks ago hoping to get some help. I have been doing phase 2 protocol, now phase 3 as I enter my body temperature rising. I did notice I have got more mucus after I started phase 2 protocol, but still no ovulation. Have been eating very healthy and doing regular exercise to cut down some weight after summer holiday. I am hoping FAM can help me to get back to my normal cycle and we can continue to try naturally. FAM will be my last resort before we move on. Could you please advise what I should do?

- Clare what protocol to do for embryo transfer using frozen eggs, suppressed ovulation. likely fresh transfer but could be frozen.
