  • Elaine #1.) Do I need to start the UltraGI Replenish on day #1 of my cycle or can I start a few days later? I will be out of town around day #1 of my next cycle and would prefer to avoid an potential gastrointestinal distress during that time.#2.) I live in Canada and the recommended Pregnancy Plus One Packet is unfortunately not available here. Since it’s not available, I got the closest available option (Metagenics Wellness Essentials for Pregnancy). I noticed that one of the ingredients that the Plus One pack has but the Wellness Essentials doesn’t is L-Carnitine. How important is this and should I take an additional L-Carnitine supplement since I am not getting it from my current prenatal?
  • Elena I’m on day 7 of my 10 day detox. How long do I wait to start taking my metagenics supplements? Do I start taking them all at the same time? What acupressure points or vitamins, increase morphology in Men?
  • Erika Is there any indication from a blood test to indicate poor or good egg quality! This month, I have been using the egg quality protocols and would like to compare numbers (from cycle monitoring at the fertility clinic) for improvement month to month. What should I look for in terms of hormones on a blood test in the perspective of the FAM Program. For example, the target range for FSH, progesterone, etc.
  • Muhsina I always feel cold specially my feet. All of a sudden I sweat and feel warm. At night I sweat and awake. Sometimes my hands are hard. This is happening last couple of months. Any advice ?
  • Marina My period is longer than 3 days. I have a heavy flow from day 1-3 and light flow day 4 and then very little blood (on the paper and very little on the pad) day 5 and 6 (sometimes 7 as well). Should I use the phase 1 protocol longer or is days 4-7 considered as spotting, so i do phase 2 and the spotting protocol these days? Thanks for the help.
  • Rachelle I am new to the program and still trying to navigate the portal. Are there protocols for improving specific hormones? If your estrogen is too high or low, progesterone too high or low, LH, etc? What about improving AMH or FSH?
