  • Itohan How do I know which moxa to do. That is, how do I differentiate between when to do abdominal moxa and leg moxa.
  • Riley I’m about to start the Metagenics 10-day cleanse portion of the recommended preconception protocol and noticed that there is very little healthy fats and nutrient-dense proteins in the recommended foods that the cleanse shares in its booklet. Since healthy fats and foods like bone broths are core parts of the fertility diet recommendations by Heidi and other fertility nutritionists, I’m wondering if the the Metagenics recommendations should be modified to reflect a more fertility friendly diet (ie. include more healthy fats, bone broth, or even chicken and/or fish eggs)? Note: I already eat very clean and have just finished doing an intensive and successful protocol to heal my gut prior to starting the 40-day preconception protocol that Heidi recommends. So I want to be aware of removing foods, such as high quality fats and bone broths, from my diet when they’ve had a positive impact on my gut health. Any insights?
