  • Deanna Is there specific phases or protocols I should focus on for hot flashes to end and period to come back? Does this naturally bring progesterone back into balance from its low levels and how long do we need to keep doing this for the levels to stay balanced ?
  • Kasia I need guidance on exercise. I normally do strength based exercises involving lower and upper body and core exercises 3-4x/week at the gym. Outside of the fertility qigong exercises, I would still like to go to the gym and incorporate strength training but am confused what exercises to do now at the gym, as have read on Heidi’s blog that she recommends not straining the uterus….so are there any strength based exercises that can be done with weights including core exercises? (Ex. squats, lunges, plank, pushups, deadlifts, tempo press). Are there any core exercises that are safe? Or should I stop doing all core movements?
